News & Events

For those of you who were not at the January meeting...

Jamie Peterson         This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or     1292 Satre Street  Eugene, 97401

will be going to Bob's Red Mill once a month.  If you would like to order something from Bob's - email or snail mail her with your order.

Orders must be to her by February 25, 2012  9:00pm.  (By email or snail mail)

Current cycle is one order per month, this may change to twice monthly as needed.

If your bulk/packed choice isn't available, we will fill with what is available in the same product.  If that product isn't available, we will remove it from your order unless you've noted a substitution.  If you do not want a substitution be sure and let her know.

This is not a profit business (at this time) it is a service for other Eugene area gluten-free families.  The final price will reflect purchase, transportation, and handling costs.  Once we have an established order system, we may be able to set prices in anticipation of what we are paying for the products.

As a general rule of thumb, the bigger our order is, the better discount we will receive.

Bulk orders will be weighted and separated into new, one time use plastic bags.  You can transfer your order to your own container for longer storage.  Gallon size glass jars with tight fitting lids are great choice.  Flours and many grains store better in the freezer for extended periods of time.  Orders of 25 # will come in one direct from warehouse bag.
